The Obituary say's it all about Charlie. He lived life to the fullest and enjoyed his hobbies. He liked to bust on me and Fred whenever he could but at other times he would talk from the heart. If you ever needed anything he would alway's do it for you no matter how busy he was. I will miss you very much and still cannot believe the phone will ring no more to tease me and others and chat about things.

My friend of nearly half a century....we did so much together—we played baseball and football...bonded like brothers. We worked together, we snowmobiled for countless miles together, we went to 4H meetings that provided such a firm foundation and excellent lessons for growing boys....such simpler times. Your love of family and the smile you had when telling me about Marianne, Amanda and Charlie were clearly a driving force in your life. Your love of sports and your love of the outdoors provided so many excellent memories. I am so glad to have shared so many memories with you my life-long friend—my world....indeed, our world, was a much better place as the result of you being part of it. Rest In Peace dear friend.

Finding it hard to wrap my brain around this.. Growing up with Charlie was fun and he always had that contagious enthusiasm that drew us all to him, my Father and Great Uncle Ray Quick used to play cards with Fred on the weekends and I remember all the great times we had playing baseball and just having fun! Rest in peace Charlie, you will always be loved by all that knew you and have left a legacy that will last forever....
