Gail Breden of Walden, NY, A retired Registered Nurse a resident of the area passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017, in Newburgh.  She was 76.

The daughter of the late John Francis Honan and Isabelle McCabe, she was born April 01, 1940 in Bronx, NY.

She was a member of the Mid Hudson Christian Church. Gail was a minister with the Assemblies of God, where she was a guest speaker and a traveling minister. Gail also authored two books; Restoration and Settle These Things. For many years she wrote a newsletter, Prepare, which was distributed internationally. She loved singing and playing guitar, travel, and being at the beach in Cape Hatteras, North Carolina.

She was the widow of James Breden.

Survivors include her Daughters,Kimberlee Anne Breden of Poughkeepsie, NY and  Christine Marie Cookingham and her husband, Jay of Hyde Park; Son,James Keith Breden and his wife, Elizabeth of Cortland Manor
8 Grandchildren: Joshua, Sarah, Matthew and his wife Samantha, Michael, Daniel, Isaac, Rebecca & Christina
Sister, Patricia Wohlford and her husband Duane of Oneonta, NY
Sister, Mair Honan Lipman and her husband Paul of Freeport, ME
She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins

She was predeceased by her Brother, Frank Honan

Visitation will be Friday, February 10, 2017 from 2-4, 6-8 pm at Wallkill Funeral Home, 12 Bonaventura Ave., Wallkill, NY 12589.

Funeral services will Saturday, February 11, at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Pastor Steve Aldrich will officiate.

Burial will be in Orange County Veterans Cemetery in Goshen, NY.
