We are sorry to hear of Bernie's passing I had been a friend of his since we worked in the A & P store on Broadway in 1955 and we're also classmates at NFA. I also enjoyed meeting him at the fireman's convention in Lake George in June each year. We always stop to see him when we were up in the Newburgh area the last time we saw him was at Christmas 2016. May the the Hillman family take comfort in knowing that they have a special guardian angel watching over them. Along many wonderful memories of the joyful times together.
