Lawrence A. Weeden, Jr. of Montgomery, NY, a NYS Corrections Officer for over 30 years and owner operator of L.A. Weeden Excavating and a lifetime resident of the area died Tuesday, February 28, 2012, in Middletown. He was 56.
The son of the late Lawrence A. Weeden, Sr. and Sandra A. (Baldwin) Hoyt, he was born November 07, 1955 in Middletown.
He was a member of the Amazing Grace Fellowship Church.
A family statement reads "Larry was a hard working family man that enjoyed time with his grand kids, snowmobiling, deer hunting, plowing snow and helping his neighbors. He was considered the neighbor hood watch. His life was spent working hard, now he can finally rest."

Visitation will be Friday, March 2, 2012 from 2-4 & 7-9. at the Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St.Walden, NY.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 3, 2012, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Pastor Elijah Cooper will officiate.
Burial will be in Brick Church Cemetery in Montgomery.
