Lois Arlene Longcor of Goshen, NY died Sept. 20, 2017 in Middletown, NY. She was 84.
The daughter of the late Carl and Helena Ferris of Clarks Summit, PA, she went on to live in Stanhope and Fredon, NJ, Marshalls Creek and Lehighton PA before moving to Goshen, NY. 
She was the widow of Kenneth P Scholz in 1973 and Richard Longcor, in 2011. She is also predeceased by her brother Jerry Ferris and sister Beverly Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Robinn Fichter and her husband Bruce of Lehighton, PA; Dawnn Morris and her fiancé, Rick Bartley of Newburgh, NY; and Daele Phlegar and her husband Jeffrey of Stillwater, NJ. She was the loving grandmother of Cliff and Gregory Fichter, Brian Jr. and Robert Morris, Kaci and Luke Phlegar, and great-grandmother of Kendyl, Valeska, and Ziven Fichter. 
Lois is also survived by her two sisters, Marjorie Shay of Dickson City, PA and Ruth Kubs, of Rutherford, NJ; and brother, Carl Ferris of Orlando, Florida. 
A memorial service will be held on November 5, 2017 at the First Presbyterian Church of Newton, Newton, NJ at 2:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wanna-Be Pet Rescue, www.facebook.com/donate/443505169377035.
