Lynn A Yack of Walden, NY, a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Wednesday June 29, 2016, at home in Walden.  She was 58.

Lynn most recently worked for the Valley Central School District, and previously Montfort Brothers Masonry, Cigna Insurance and Interstate Bag Co.

The daughter of Marie Webber Jones and the late Charles Jones, she was born May 31, 1958 in West Point, New York.

Sister,       Karen Jones of Walden
Brother,      Brian Jones and his wife Therese of Vassar, MI 
Brother,      Michael Jones and his wife, Kim, of Murfreesboro, TN
Several Nieces and nephews
Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9 Pm on Tuesday, July 5th at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY.

Funeral Mass will be held at Most Precious Blood Church, Walnut St., Walden, NY at 1030 am on July 6th.  Interment will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden, NY immediately following.
