Richard W. Mullin of Walden, NY, a steel worker for Otis Elevator in Yonkers, and a long time resident of the area died  Saturday, September 12, 2015, at home.  He was 86. 

The son of the late William and Eleanor Thomas Mullin, he was born June 14, 1929 in Yonkers, New York.

He served in the Army during World War II.

Richard loved his scratchoff tickets and watching Golf.

He was the widower of Mildred Dowling Mullin.

4 Grandchildren: Kayla Harris at home, Melanie Sindaco & her husband Anthony, Erica Basalone & her husband Christopher, and Richard Mullin Jr.

Brother, Thomas Mullin & Wife Kathleen of Yonkers
Brother-in-law Robert Dowling of Middletown

He was predeceased by his son Richard, sisters Eleanor, Joanie, and brother William

Memorial Service will be Saturday, September 19, 2015, at 11 a.m., at St. Andrews Episcopal Church, 15 Walnut St. Walden, NY 12586
Rev. Peg Sullivan will officiate.
