My sisters, my brother, and I appreciate all those who expressed their condolences and honored our father's memory whether by leaving condolences here; sending cards, food, or flowers; or attending the visitation, memorial service or burial service. We were fortunate to have come to know him better during the past few years and especially the past few weeks. Our grief has been comforted knowing that he touched so many people's lives and that so many people cared for him and us. Thank you all.

My condolences to you and your family on the loss of your dear loved one. Losing a loved one is a distressing and painful time. We have assurance from God’s word at Psalm 34:18 that he is near to those brokenhearted and he saves those crushed in spirit. It is my hope that your family will find strength to endure during the days ahead.

Ali,
Thank you so much - certainly many laughs were had with Dad and the Pine family. I miss those fun times of catching lightning bugs in your backyard and playing the newlywed game in your living room. Pine'sand Winchell's have many great memories.
