Mary Elizabeth Artz of Maybrook, NY, passed away Sunday, March 7, 2021, in Middletown. She was 65.

The daughter of James Chepules and Elizabeth Helen Chepules, she was born May 25, 1955 in New York, New York.

Mary worked as a customer service representative for Blue Cross, Middletown, NY.

Survivors include her daughter Lisa Artz of Montgomery, NY, daughter Karen Rivera of Oneonta, NY, son Mikey Artz of New York, sister Patrice Chepules of Howell, MI, niece Theresa Fox of Michigan and cousin Mary Lou.

She was predeceased by her parents Betty and James Chepules, and brother Jim Chepules.

Cremation will take place privately.
