Dr. Garcia was a wonderful neighbor, and we were grateful to know him for the past 17 years. Always friendly, courteous, patient, generous, and helpful, he always had a kind word and encouragement to offer. He will be sorely missed. Thank you Herb, for your friendship for these many years. We miss you!

I had the privilege of working with Dr. Garcia and he was the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to his family. All those who knew him were blessed.

My deepest condolences to the family of Dr. Garcia. I am so sorry for your loss. He was such a sweet, kind, gentleman and I will never forget him dancing with me at our wedding almost 15 years ago. Time is too short. My husband worked with him for many years. Very nice man. Always a smile and a warm word. Will keep your family in our prayers.
