My deepest sympathy to Fred's wife and to Fred Jr., both of whomI was privileged to work with at Wallkill C.F. for 7 years. Fred was a great source of information on the prison and the community. I relied on him heavily over my tenure at the as did virtually everyone affiliated with the facility.
