Jeffrey Windsor Scott of Gardiner, NY, died courageously Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018, of a fierce battle with ALS. He was 64 years old.
Jeff was born in Harlem, NY on August 29th, 1954 to the late Alvin Windsor Scott and Janice Didsbury-Scott.
An accomplished floral designer himself, he loved his job as an account manager at Alders Wholesale Florist, inspiring creativity in others.
He will be forever remembered for his big, mischievous blue-eyed grin and infectious laughter. Giving, hardworking, fiercely loyal, water loving, athletic, creative, and most proud of his greatest accomplishments; his daughters Damian Lyssa and Jaime Lauren Scott, and 36 years of marriage to a most beloved wife, Debra Perry-Scott.
“The family would like to express the deepest gratitude for the extraordinary loving care of Dr. John Ferguson and amazing nurse, Mary Ann; AJ and Julie of Millenium Respiratory Services; Dr. Inocensia Carrano, and Tamara Baldesweiler, PA. Your compassion will never be forgotten.”
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, October 14th from 1-4pm at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St., Montgomery, NY 12549.
As per Jeff's wishes and love of flowers, donate to your favorite charity or pass a flower to someone so they may share the joy he felt everyday.
