Max Wentzel Obituary
Max Wilhelm Wentzel of Wallkill, NY, passed away Saturday, February 24, 2018, in Wallkill. He was 78.
The son of the late Johann Heinrich Max and Margarete Holst Wentzel, he was born March 12, 1939 in the Bronx.
Max was a member of Rolling Thunder New York Chapter 3, American Legion Kingston Post 150, the Stockbridge Rod & Gun Club, and a Life Member of Wallkill Hook, Ladder & Hose Company. He served in the Army from 1959-1962 and was also a retired electrical installer for AT & T.
Survivors include his
Wife Ingeborg Wentzel, Son John Josef Wentzel (Kellie); Daughters Erika Margarete Emigh (Gordon) and Elke Wentzel (Chris); Grandchildren Raemee, Brendan, Kyle, Tyler, Tanner, and Tori; Great Granddaughter Madaliene; Sister Irmgard Margarete Alberts & her husband Donald
