Norma H. (O'Dell) Hall

Norma H Hall, of Montgomery, NY passed away on June 29th 2019 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY.  surrounded by her family. She was 74 years old.

The daughter of the late Charles L. O’Dell and Mildred M. (Hand) O’Dell, Norma was born on October  30, 1944 in Cornwall, NY.

Norma adored her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  After she retired, she became a Foster parent. Her and her husband Allen had numerous Foster children. She always fought and pushed to make sure the children's rights and needs were met. She loved nothing more than to spend time with her husband Allen of 58 years. You rarely saw them apart. 

Norma is survived by her husband Allen of Montgomery, NY. daughter: Shellyann Miller and her husband Christian of Montgomery, NY. , son: Allen Hall and his wife Eileen of Monroe, NY.  son: Charles Bick and fiancée Jamie, of Montgomery, NY.  daughter: Minnie Meyer and her husband Douglas of Livingston Manor, NY. son: Harold Hall of Newburgh, NY. and son Joshua Hall of Montgomery, NY. Her 8 grandchildren: Brittneyann, Jason, Lauren, Jordan, Leah, Mya, Victoria and Wyatt. 3 great grandchildren: River, Olivia and Elliott. And her sisters: Marion Oxsen, Anne Weygant and Charlotte Brundage.  Norma was predeceased by her son Jason Bick. Also by her sister's Ruth Babcock, Melinda Cordero and Ethel  O’Brien.

By her wishes there will be no visitation.
