Santo "Sam" A. Martino of Wallkill, NY, owner of My Father Sam's Barbershop in Wallkill and a longtime resident of the area passed away Monday, August 28, 2017, in Poughkeepsie.  He was 89. 
The son of the late Salvatore Anthony and Susie Martello Martino, he was born December 01, 1927 in Garwood, NJ.
Sam was a member of Freedom Road Bible Church, the Wallkill Lions Club and the Keep Wallkill Beautiful Program. Sam also was apilot at Kobelt Airport for many years.

Son          Salvatore Bordone & Colleen Krol of Wallkill
5 Grandchildren Anthony M. Martino, Alayna, Katie Bordone, Madelyn Krol, and Salvatore J. Bordone

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by

Visitation will be Friday, September 1, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9pm. at 
Wallkill Funeral Home, 12 Bonaventura Ave., Wallkill, NY 12589.
A service will take place 9am Saturday, September 2, 2017, at the funeral home.
Entombment will be in Rose Hills Memorial Park in Putnam Valley.
