Victor Miranda, also known as Vittorio, or Sonny, loving father of nine, passed away on Monday, April 17, 2017 at the age of 85. Born on May 24, 1931, in New York City, he was the son of the late Victor and Ermenegilda Fongaroli Miranda. Mr. Miranda was a longtime resident of New York. He proudly served his country in the United States Army He was a lifetime member of the Screen Actors Guild and voluntarily performed for AHRC of Orange County. Mr. Miranda was an artist, a singer, a musician, a retired television producer, and a teacher of religious education for many years at local parishes.

Survivors include his children, Victor, Kathy, Nancy, Patricia, Elizabeth, Donna, Stephanie, John and Vittoria; his brothers, Steven and Eugene; his grandchildren, Dylan, Sean, Michael, Dennis, Matthew, Christian, Ryan, Lydia, Olivia, Jack and Willow.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on April 20, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990. Interment will follow at Orange County Veteran's Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY, 10924.
