William "Bill" E. Tubbs of Plattekill, NY, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2017, in Newburgh.  He was 77. 

The son of the late Grover C. and Jessie Dousharm Tubbs, he was born April 22, 1940 in Walden.

Survivors include his longtime companion Alma Rhodes,

He was predeceased by 
Sister Nellie, Brother Rocky, Brother Frankie  

Visitation will be Friday, November 10, 2017 from 11am-1pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St.Walden, NY 12586.

A funeral service will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Rev. James VanHouten will officiate.

Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden, NY.
