Adeeb "Eddie" Assad

Adeeb “Eddie” Assad of Goshen, NY, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2026, in Valhalla, NY. He was 74.

The son of the late Rada Assad and Mariam Younes Assad, he was born September 1, 1951, in Brooklyn, NY.

Eddie worked as an electrician for many years.

He is survived by his son Daniel Assad & his wife Gabrielle, daughter Rikki Assad, daughter Jessica (Assad)Moseley Rivera & her husband Parker, daughter Jillian Assad; grandon Preston Assad; sister Alya Dritto & her husband Christopher, and nephews Christopher and Jonathan Dritto.

Along with his parents he was predeceased by his sister Leila Sheridan.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 4pm at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St., Montgomery, NY.

Cremation will take place privately.
