Ann Marie Soto, of Maybrook, NY, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in Newburgh. She was 65.
The daughter of Fidel Alberty and Luz Maria Reyes Alberty, she was born February 25, 1957 in Brooklyn, NY.
Ann was a retired judicial clerk for the Town of Montgomery. She enjoyed spending her time with her family. Her children and grandchildren meant the world to her. She also enjoyed going on trips with her husband and life partner of 43 years. She was very involved with her faith. Anyone who knows Ann knows that she was a kind, loving,and devoted mother, grandmother, and wife. She would welcome anyone in with open arms and was always happy to help those in need.
She is survived by her husband Jose Soto, daughter Samantha Sollecito & her husband Joseph, daughter Alexandria Kissinger & her husband Preston, grandsons Jovani & Christian, brothers, sisters, and many extended family.
Visitation will be Monday, September 12, 2022, 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.
A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, September 13, 2022, at 10:30am at Holy Name of Mary Assumption, 211 Homestead Ave., Maybrook, NY 12543.
Burial will follow at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
