Benjamin R. Levett, 45, longtime resident of Hopewell Junction N.Y. and Wappingers Falls N.Y., passed away January 23,2023.
Ben was a skilled self-employed general contractor and carpenter. Ben loved fishing, bonfires, traveling and home remodeling. He shared many good times with his extended family and many friends.
Ben graduated from John Jay High School, Dutchess Community College and attended SUNY Utica N.Y.
He is survived by his mother Annette Levett and her husband Richard Hoyt, his brothers Russell (Lisa) and Jon (Carrie), nephews and nieces Grace, Tiffany, Evan, Trent and Taylor, longtime , devoted girlfriend Lisa Turner , and her parents Lindsey and Nicky Turner, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and many more second cousins. He will live in all our hearts always and forever.
Ben is predeceased by his father John R. Levett, his Aunt Mary Levett, grandparents Klaas and Marion Vellenga and Malcolm and Janet Levett.
Visitation will take place at Immanuel Christian Reformed Church, 253 Myers Corners Road, Wappingers Falls N.Y., on February 4, 2023 from 10:00 to 12:00 noon. A service will follow at 12:30 pm.
Donations may be made in Ben’s memory to the Immanuel Church.
