Beverly Santarelli Obituary

Beverly Santarelli of Monticello, NY, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2025 in Monticello. She was 86.

The daughter of the late Charles Frank Hall and Violet Rose Banyard Hall, she was born January 15, 1939, in Walden, NY.

Beverly retired from Sullivan County Department of Social Services as a Child Support Specialist after many years of service. She served as the Director of the Youth Center in the Village of Ellenville for a number of years. Many of the youth who are now adults still compliment her when they meet because she made a difference in so many lives.

She was loved deeply by her children, grandchildren and siblings.

She studied at Matthew Bible Institute of Theology in Monticello, NY under the late James Matthew and the late Deacon Eddie Carrington. She graduated from the Ellenville Bible Institute with honors obtaining a Masters Certificate of Degree in Theology.

Prior to uniting with Christ Ministries Baptist Church she served at the Shiloh Baptist Church under the late Rev. John H. Gilmore and at New Testament COJC under Apostle Raymond Younger.

When she united with CMBC, Sis Beverly served as lead Usher for many years. Her passion to serve others gained her a position with the Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Association as President of the Ushers Ministry, a position she held as long as her health allowed.

Mother Beverly truly enjoyed the fellowship with other saints and could often be found at numerous churches throughout the Hudson Valley ready to serve. She especially loved to visit the Saint Mark Baptist Church in Highland Falls, NY. Her favorite pass time after church on Sunday was meeting at Ricki Len’s Diner gathering with other Believers.

“Mother Bev” as she was fondly called will be truly missed at Christ Ministries as her Ushers’ seat reminds us of her faithfulness.

She is survived by her son Mark Tremper and his wife Erin, son Michael Santarelli, daughter Michelle Munoz, grandchildren Danielle Munoz, Randy M. Munoz, Giovanna Santarelli, Alana Santarelli and Bernadette Tremper, sister Kathy Denmand and her husband Tim, brother Donald Hall, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by her sister Charlotte Carmen, son-in-law Randy Munoz and daughter-in-law Danielle Santarelli.

Visitation will take place Monday, September 22, 2025, 10am-11:30am at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.
