Catherine (O'Connor) Mickaluck

Catherine Mickaluck of Walden, NY, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 14, 2024. She was 90.

The daughter of the late Denis and Delia Finnerty O’Connor, she was born January 8, 1934 in Bronx, NY.

Catherine was the widow of Leo Mickaluck, who she was married to for 66 years. She and Micky lived most of their lives in Tallman, NY.

She is survived by her son Michael Mickaluck and his wife Donna and granddaughter Michela Hillman and her husband Jake. Also her niece Laura Culver, nephews Scott Davis, Thomas Lennane and many loved friends and family.

Along with her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her siblings Margaret Davis, John O’Connor and Della Lennane.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 18, 2024, 8:30am – 9:45am at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St., Montgomery, NY 12549.

A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 10am at Holy Name of Mary Church, 89 Union St., Montgomery, NY 12549.

Burial will be in Rockland County at F.W. Loesher Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
