Charlene Ortega

Charlene Ortega of New Windsor, NY, passed away Monday, October 2, 2023, in Sleepy Hollow, NY.  She was 68.

The daughter of John Leonard VanNatter and Bertha Bernice (Johnston) VanNatter, she was born December 13, 1954 in Newburgh.

Charlene was a supervisor for Days Inn Hotel, Newburgh, NY.

Survivors include her daughter  Tammy  Rimac of Newburgh, NY, grandchildren Alexander Rimac, Jennifer Rimac, Christopher Rimac, McKayla Santiago, Lilliana Santiago, brother John VanNatter, and sisters Doris Arquitte and Beverly Messina.

Visitation will be Friday, October 13, 2023, 6pm-8pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

Cremation will take place privately.
