Charron Marie Klotz-Lopez

Charron Marie Klotz-Lopez of Wallkill, NY, a retired Operations Specialist for USMA West Point, and a resident of the area passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2020, in Middletown.  She was 43.

The daughter of Leslie J. Klotz III, she was born September 29, 1976 in Denville, New Jersey.

She proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, having attained the rank of Sergeant.

She was a member of the Marine Corp League.

She was an avid animal lover, music lover and accomplished equestrian. She volunteered on the board of the Orange County Horse Council of NY and proud to be part of the Whispering Winds “Barn Family”.

She always smiled and inspired everyone that knew her to love, live and be happy! 

Survivors include her husband, Duane Lopez at home, father & step mother Leslie and Lorraine Klotz, aunt & uncle Don & June Klotz, cousins: Kelly Klotz & her wife, Kelly Robertson, Amanda Goff & her husband Ben and their children Gracie & Conner, Dawn & Claude Mathieu, step children Kyle Lopez & Rebecca Lopez.

Services will be private.

She will be interred in Orange County Veteran's Cemetery, Goshen, NY.
