Constance M. Fox

Constance M. Fox of Montgomery, NY, passed away Friday July 31, 2026 in Newburgh. She was 78.

The daughter of the late David Lyons Woods and Laura Ethel Gilmour Woods, she was born March 30, 1948 in Montreal, Canada.

Constance worked as a real estate broker for Panero Realty and Century 21. She was a member of Montgomery Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her son Bruce S. Fox and his wife Cindy; daughter Kimberly Kelly and fiancé Carl Bonitz; five grandchildren Rachel, Morgan, Daniel, Olivia and Adeline; two sisters Carol DeGrandpre and her husband Gilles and Linda Bremner and her husband Maurice; long-term caregiver Isidra (Edna) Garcia; nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by her companion, Rich Jarocki.

Memorial visitation will take place Saturday, August 8, 2026 10:30 am - 12 pm at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St. Montgomery, NY.A service will follow at 12 pm at the funeral home.Interment of ashes will follow at Brick Church Cemetery.
