Dianne (Decker) McKinstrie

Dianne K. McKinstrie of Walden, NY, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025 in New York City. She was 82.

The daughter of the late Harry Decker and Matilda (John) Gocek, she was born April 19, 1943 in Highland Mills, NY.

Dianne had worked for many years as a publishing assistant for her family's publishing company, Library Research Associates Inc.
She is survived by her sons Daniel McKinstrie Sr (Stella) and Ralph McKinstrie Jr (Denise);15 grandchildren, great grandchildren great great grandchildren; sister Ruth Ann Robinson, brother John Gocek, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Along with her parents she was predeceased by her daughter Matilda Garrison, grandson Bryan Steinard and brother Michael Decker.

A memorial service will be held Saturday August 2, 2025 at 1pm at Walden Baptist Church, 38 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

Cremation will take place privately.
