Dorothy Novak Obituary

Dorothy E. Novak of Schenectady, NY, passed away Saturday, December 4, 2021, in Kingston. She was 71.

The daughter of Earl L. Novak and Constance Comb Novak, she was born February 27, 1950 in Plattsburgh, NY.

She was a social worker her entire life who was passionate about her work and affected the lives of so many people

Survivors include her sister Janice Solan and husband John of Montgomery, NY, brother William K. Novak and wife Patricia of Michigan, beloved niece Tracy and nephews Adam, Sean, Jonathan, and their children, as well as loving cousins.

Cremation and services will take place privately at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions can be made to Hudson Valley Hospice, 374 Violet Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
