Eric A. Ferguson

Eric Ferguson, sadly passed away on July 27, 2023 at the age of 75. He was born January 18, 1948 in Peekskill NY, lived in different parts of the Hudson Valley, and his last residence was in Wallkill, New York. 

Eric was an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1969, and received a Purple Heart Award for his service. Eric was very successful in his life owning his own construction company. His family knew him to be an avid outdoors man who loved nature, loved hunting, and loved riding his motorcycle across the country. 

Eric was loved by many and is survived by his wife Jody Ferguson; His children, Marc Ferguson [Rosie] of Newburgh, NY, Tracielyn Paponetti [Michael] of Spring Hill, FL, Joseph Ferguson [Jodi] of Spring Hill, FL, Michael Ferguson [Andrea] of Sebastian, FL; and his beautiful grandchildren; Ashlee of Poughkeepsie, NY, Jacen of Fort Myers, FL, Jenna of Boca Raton, FL, and Ava of Newburgh, NY.

Funeral services will take place at Millspaugh Funeral Home located at 22 Bank Street, Walden, NY 12586 on August 12, 2023. Visitation will be 2-4pm and 6-8pm.

A service will follow at 8pm.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution could be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
