Helen M. Leary of Wallkill, NY, a longtime resident of the area, passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2023, in Kingston, NY.  She was 80.

The daughter of the late George Edward and Ruth Anna (Grief) Coe, she was born December 29, 1942 in Nyack, NY.

Helen was a member of the Shawangunk Reformed Church, Wallkill, NY.

Survivors include her husband Michael Leary; sister Carol Cotton; stepson Scott Leary & Tammy, stepson Michael A. Leary, nephews Chris Cotton,  Mark Cotton & his wife Laura; Grandson Zack Leary; great nephews & nieces Mason, Connor, Amanda & Sarah Cotton and her church family.

Visitation will be Monday, May 15, 2023, 4-7pm at Wallkill Funeral Home, 12 Bonaventura Ave., Wallkill, NY 12589.

A funeral service will take place Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 11am at Shawangunk Reformed Church, 1166 Hoagerburgh Road, Wallkill, NY 12589

Burial will follow in Bruynswick Rural Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Shawangunk Reformed Church.
