John Charles Maly

John Charles Maly of Wallkill, NY passed away Friday December 9, 2022 at the age of 75. He was born May 10, 1947 in Bronx, NY. John retired after 30 years of service from the NYS Dept. of Corrections as the Deputy Superintendent of Security at Shawangunk Correctional Facility. John also served the country he loved in the United States Army. John loved to stay busy working around his property, spending time with his family and friends, and having an ice cold PBR.

John is survived by his sons Raymond Maly and wife Erin of Wallkill, NY, John Maly Jr. and wife Lisa of New Windsor, NY, daughters Deborah Dewitt and husband Jon of Middletown, NY and Jeannie Conroy and husband Francis of Bolton Landing, NY, his grandchildren Raymond Jr., Brayden, Ashton, Kai, Maxx, Lauren, Angelina, and Francis Jr., and his sister Lorraine Voigt of Cortland Manor, NY.

He was predeceased by his father Swatapluk and mother Beatrice Maly.

Visitation will take place Wednesday December 14, 2022 from 4-6PM at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY 12586. A funeral service to follow at 6:30pm.
