John (Jay) Rainieri

John (Jay) Rainieri, 51, of Wallkill, NY, unexpectedly passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 afternoon, from a heart attack. He was born in Poughkeepsie on June 11, 1971.

He was a hard worker employed as a mechanic for United Air Conditioning Plumbing and Heating, Newburgh, NY. He was an avid fisherman and loved camping and NASCAR.

He was predeceased by his parents Sandra (Sandi) and Angelo Rainieri. He is survived by his wife Rachael Rainieri and most proudly by his twins Angie and Derek Rainieri, in-laws Robert and Mary Kratochwil, nieces Tabatha Seeland and Jessica Reynolds, nephews Robert Seeland and John Reynolds.

Memorial visitation will be Thursday, January 19, 2023, 6pm-7:30pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

  A memorial service will follow at 8pm at the funeral home.
