Joseph C. Fazio

Joseph C. Fazio of Wallkill, NY, passed away Friday, November 24, 2023, in Middletown.  He was 78.

The son of the late Joseph and Rose D. Fazio, he was born December 18, 1944 in Queens.

Joseph served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired bus operator for MaBSTOA in Manhattan.

Survivors include his wife Donna, daughter Rose Vincent and her husband Wesley Vincent, son Joseph Fazio and his wife Jessica Fazio, daughter Dyanne Fazio; four granddaughters Veda, Grace, Gloria, Charli Ann; cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2023, 2-4pm & 7-9pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home,  22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

A Mass of Catholic burial will be Friday, December 1, 2023, at 11:30am at Most Precious Blood Church, 42 Walnut St., Walden, NY 12586.

Burial will be in Wallkill Valley Cemetery in Walden, NY.
