Joseph J. Harmon

Joseph J Harmon of Montgomery passed away Friday, September 29, 2023, at home.  He was 72.

The son of Robert and Julia Harmon, he was born March 19, 1951, in Brooklyn, NY.

Joseph was a Vietnam War Veteran serving in the US Navy and US Air Force.

Survivors include his wife JoAnn Harmon at home, daughter KelleAnn Harmon of Montgomery NY, and grandson Dylan Almestica of Montgomery, NY. His Son Joseph Jr. and his wife Kena of Weston Florida. His Grandchildren Blu-Diamond, Joseph, Kailynn, Brooke, Dylan, Autum and great granddaughter Noemi.

He was predeceased by his granddaughter Blu-Diamond, his Brothers Robert, Ralph, Everett & Bruce and his parents Robert & Julia.

Visitation will be 5-8 PM, Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St. Montgomery, NY 12549.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, October 4, 2023, 10:30 AM at Holy Name of Mary Church, 89 Union St., Montgomery, NY.

Burial will follow in St. Marys Cemetery in Montgomery, NY.
