Karen Margaret Osterhout of Montgomery, NY passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in Montgomery. She was 74.
The daughter of the late Davis C. Howe and Catherine Ronk Howe, she was born October 22, 1950, in Newburgh, NY.
Karen worked as a bookkeeper for Llyod’s, Middletown, NY.
She is survived by her husband Richard Osterhout, daughter Sheila Osterhout, brother Greg Howe & his wife Karin, brother Jeff Howe, sisters-in-law Cherrie Howe and Linda Osterhout, brothers-in-law Russel Osterhout and Lou Osterhout and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents she was predeceased by her brothers Dave Howe and Larry Howe, and sister-in-law Kathy Howe.
Services will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Montgomery, NY.
