Laurence "Billy" Fleischer

Laurence “Billy” Fleischer of Gardiner, NY, passed away Sunday, February 2, 2025 in Poughkeepsie. He was 65.

The son of the late Joseph and Susan (Balzer) Fleischer, he was born June 27, 1959 in Newburgh, NY.

Billy was a machine operator for Armour Textiles, Newburgh, NY.

He was the widower of Denise Reynolds Fleischer.

He is survived by his son Justin Fleischer and his fiancé Rebecca Hunter, granddaughter Ava Ann Fleischer, brother Danny Fleischer and his wife Peggy, brother John Fleischer and his wife Stacy, and sister-in-law Noeleen Fleischer.

Along with his wife and parents he was predeceased by his son Adam Fleischer, brother Joseph Fleischer and brother Jimmy.

Due to winter weather, memorial visitation will now take place Saturday, February 22, 2025, 5pm-7pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586. Memories and stories of Billy will be shared immediately following.

Cremation will take place privately.
