Maureen A. Palffy of Walden, NY passed Monday October 2nd 2023. She was 59. The daughter of Alice and Herb Wilson, she was born May 30, 1964 in Riverside, California.

Maureen was very proud of her Irish heritage. In her younger years she attended a private catholic school, later on her she became a member of St.Mary’s Church in Montgomery NY. Maureen lived a simple life dedicated to taking care of her beloved family and to her job at Montgomery Nursing Home.

Maureen is survived by her husband Christopher Palffy; son Stephen Palffy; brothers Joseph and Patrick Wilson.

She was predeceased by her parents and sons Christopher Palffy II and Thomas Palffy.

Memorial visitation will be Monday, October 16, 2023, 5-7pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

A funeral service will follow at 7pm at the funeral home.
