Patricia Ann (Monahan) Gluszak

Patricia Ann Gluszak of Pine Bush, NY, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2026, in Pine Bush. She was 74.

The daughter of the late James Monahan and Mary Boles Monahan, she was born December 24, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY.

Patricia was the owner, and director of Metropolis a Gathering Place in Pine Bush, NY for over 20 years. She made a major impact in the local community teaching and guiding over 1000 children during her career.

When she wasn't working she enjoyed traveling, gardening and most of all being a Grammie. She was caring, compassionate, extremely generous and the best mother you could ask for.

She was the widow of James R. Gluszak.

She is survived by her son Mark Gluszak and his wife Colleen, granddaughters Brooke, Bridget, Briar and Breslin, brother James Monahan and his wife Barbara, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Along with her parents and husband she was predeceased by her son Gregory J. Gluszak.

Visitation will be held Thursday, January 15, 2026, 5pm-8pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

A funeral mass will be held Friday, January 16, 2026 at 10am at The Church of the Infant Saviour, 22 Holland Ave., Pine Bush, NY 12566.

Burial will follow at Fantinekill Cemetery, 8086 US-209, Ellenville, NY 12428.
