Robert W. Bryant Jr.

Robert W. Bryant Jr., "Lightning Bob", of Walden, NY, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024, at home. He was 70.

The son of the late Robert and Rollande Bryant, he was born February 15, 1954 in  Hyde Park, NY.

Robert worked for Majestic Wood in Walden.

He served with the US Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his sister Tina Bryant Boyd of Vermont, sister Linda Bryant of Vermont, sister Susan Bryant of Missouri, stepchildren Kari Maitland and Joseph Maitland and best friends, who were always there for him, April Mericle and Debbie Lancaster.

Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother Michael Bryant and his partner in life Denise Maitland.

A graveside service will be Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 11am at Orange County Veterans Cemetery, 111 Craigville Road, Goshen, NY 10924.
