Obituary

Shirley Cairline Shultz Clausen answered the Lord’s call, she passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022.

The daughter of the late Charles M. Shultz and Margaret Fay Fedder Shultz Long, she was born on September 9, 1939, Millville, PA.

She is predeceased by her husband William A. Clausen, daughter Diana Chenault, two sisters Kathryn and Evelyn, three brothers Marlin, Sheldon and Terry Lee.  

She is survived by her son William Bradley Clausen & his wife Gloria of Walden, stepdaughter Jill Fisher & her husband Robert of Berwick, PA; five grandsons: Andy, Aaron, Jonathan, Jessi and Austin; six great grandchildren, two nieces and three nephews.  

Shirley enjoyed baking, cooking, playing canasta and doing puzzles, but she enjoyed most was serving to the Lord through Gideons, teaching in Sunday School and spreading the Gospel.  

Visitation will be Saturday, July 30, 2022, 11 am to 1 pm at Goodwill Church, 2135 Route 208, Montgomery, NY 12549. A service will follow at 1pm. Refreshments will follow.  

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Goodwill Church.
