Stanley T. Yukoweic of Wallkill, NY, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2025 in Newburgh. He was 92.
The son of the late Charles and Mary (Lyczkowski) Yukoweic, he was born November 16, 1932 in Wallkill, NY.
Stanley served in the United States Army and was a retired corrections officer for Wallkill Correctional Facility, Wallkill, NY. He was also a life long farmer, having grown up on his family's farm outside of Wallkill. Stanley enjoyed being involved in the beef farming experience and always made sure to provide for his family.
He was the widower of Shirley (Ann) Davis Yukoweic.
Stanley is survived by his daughter Debra McGrath and her husband George, son Walter Yukoweic and his wife Barbara, son Brent Yukoweic and his wife Darlene; grandchildren Tasha, Kara, Tyler, Miles, Mikhail and Ethan; great grandchildren Olivia, Dempsey and Elijah; and nieces and nephews.
Along with his wife and parents he was predeceased by his brothers John Yukoweic and his wife Doris Rossman and Anthony Yukoweic and his wife Marie Parenti and sister Anna Yerks.
Cremation will take place privately.
