Tyler C. Adkins

We want to express how deeply moved we are to see how Tyler has touched so many lives. We are completely heartbroken. Tyler was such a bright light in our lives. We are struggling to figure out how to move forward. We are so truly grateful for all the kind words and actions that everyone has sent our way. We know that we will move forward. We just don't know what forward looks like.

We have decided that to have a service would just be too much for us to handle. We know that everyone wants to express their feelings to us and Tyler. It is just too hard to handle. We will plan a celebration of life for later on before all of his friends head off to college. Tyler will be cremated so that he can be with us forever in our home.

He was the light in our lives. He was the best son we could have asked for. He was Liam's protector. He was our whole entire hearts. We miss him so much. We want to give all of his friends a hug.

We have set up a scholarship in Tyler's name; Tyler Adkins Memorial Fund. We ask that if you want to help that you please donate to this fund. Checks can be made payable to Tyler Adkins Memorial Fund, and mailed to The Adkins Family c/o Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.

We also ask that if you want or feel that you need to do more, plant a tree or a plant and post a picture. But please honor his memory how you want. We are loving all of the posts. It hurts so much to see them, but we are grateful for them.
