Bill aka "Pop" "Uncle Bill" "Willie" passed in a tragic farming accident on Saturday but doing what he loved. He went home to heaven to join the love of his life, his wife Dottie, who he has missed terribly since she passed 14 years ago. Sure they're up there with those family and friends who went before sharing stories of the absolutely crazy things they did and got away with.
He was quiet man. A workaholic. He loved all things big trucks, IH tractors and family. His pride was the business he and his wife Dottie and son Daniel built, Malley Trucking and Malley Pool Water. He worked hard and always wanted more work done. His favorite saying was "Book Em". When he wasn’t working for the business he was working around the Malley Valley Farm or going to tractor pulls and tractor parades. He loved his trucking buddies and his tractor pulling friends.
He was always up for a party and dancing. He always indulged his daughter, granddaughter and nieces in their love of horses and hay. He liked a good, fast horse like "Ole Rusty boy he was fastest horse I ever rode".
Bill was a member of the Grand Hollow Tractor Club. He was also a Life Member and past Captain of the Wallkill Engine and Hose Co #2 of the Montgomery Fire Dept., and back in the day never missed a parade.
He is survived by his children Wendy(Robert) Stokes and Daniel William Malley (Holly); grandchildren: Eric (Jessica) Stokes, Cassandra (Joseph) Kratzke, Todd(Amy) Stokes, Anthony Curatello, Jordan Larence, Taylor VanDyke; Great Grandchildren: Ariella and Lane Stokes, Addison and Cameron Kratzke and Eloise Stokes; Sister Kathleen (Kathy) Malley, Sister-in-law Truus Malley; Malley and Higbie cousins; Beloved nieces and nephews and Great nieces and nephews.
