Charles R. Williams, Sr., of Gardiner, NY, a Driver for RSR in Middletown, NY
and a  resident of the area died Sunday, September 13, 2015, at home.  He was 84. 

The son of the late William and Myrtle West, he was born May 02, 1931 in Roxboro, NC.

He served in the Korean War where he received the Purple Heart.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge F & AM in Connecticut.
