Dear Mr. Churchill, Ian, Amy and Sarah,

I was saddened to learn of Mrs.Churchill's passing. Although we were neighbors at Wanaksink so many years ago I remember her kindness as if it were yesterday. Please accept my sincere condolences.

What a beautiful tribute you have written for Laurie. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her, but know Amy as a coworker and then as teacher of my granddaughter. Amy is living testimony that Laurie was someone to admire.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you, Amy, and all of your family. May the good memories you have fill the emptiness you feel.

Jeff and family,
I am so sorry to hear of Laurie's passing. The joy in her family was obvious and I'm so glad to have known her even for a short time. Surely she will be missed but I know you have wonderful memories that will keep her in your heart forever.

Laurie Jean,
How often did we hear our first and second names called out loud!!
I think Carol and Pearl must have read (or written) the same handbook.
So many adventures...we absolutely should have written a book ourselves. (I may still have to at least make a recording. What great reading for our kiddies. Although, I'm sure they have heard it all - many times.)

Hugs to all you Churchills...and especially all of you who have that memory of Laurie's voice using your first and second names :) . That means you too, Jeff!

Love you forever,
Susan

I did not have the pleasure of really knowing Laurie, but I spent some time teaching alongside her daughter Amy. Seeing the wonderful, strong, compassionate, and caring daughter that Amy has become, is testimony to the role her mother played in all of this.

My deepest sympathies to Amy and the rest of the family and friends of Laurie.
