Delancy Purdy Obituary

Delancy S. Purdy of Newburgh, NY, passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022, in Newburgh, NY. He was 67.

The son of James Purdy and Ethel Swartz Purdy, he was born March 27, 1955 in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Delancy worked for Beacon Building Materials, Beacon, NY.

Survivors include his wife Pamela at home, daughter Kristin Purdy at home, daughter Terriann Ordway, 7 Grandchildren, brother Steve Purdy of Slate Hill, brother Richard Purdy, and brother-in-law Douglas Williams.

He was predeceased by his son Delancy J. Purdy and daughter Jacklyn Purdy.

Memorial visitation will be Friday, June 24, 2022, 5pm-7pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586.
