Dr. Jay Victor Kaufman of Greeley, PA, a Chiropractor in Matamoras, PA,

and a resident of the area passed away on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, in Honesdale, PA. He was 74.

The son of the late Philip Kaufman and Charlotte Martha Benjamin Kaufman, he was born September 01, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York.

He was the widower of Sharon L. Hagemann.

Survivors include his sister, Susan Kaufman Wilson and his wife’s daughter Natasha Wallace.

He was predeceased by Brother, Richard Kaufman.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Beth Hillel Cemetery, Walden, NY.

Nava Herzog officiated.
