James Patrick Bowie

James Patrick Bowie of New Windsor, NY, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2024, in Valhalla, NY.  He was 62. 

The son of William Fredrick Bowie and Ellamae Cook Bowie, he was born October 16, 1961 in Newburgh, NY.

James was a laborer in Local 17.

Survivors include his Daughter Linda L. Popper, Sister Laura (William)Cosgrove,Sister Darlene (Fred) Jollie, Sister Pamela (Chris)Bowie, Sister Donna Bowie, Brother Thomas D. Bowie and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife  Jackie Jolle, son James Popper ,Brothers Robert J. Bowie, William R. Bowie, Joseph A Bowie, and Donald Gordon.

Memorial visitation will be Wednesday, April 17, 2024, 5-7pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden, NY 12586. 

Cremation will take place privately.
