Leonard J. Gingras

Leonard J Gingras of Montgomery, NY, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018.  He was 91. 

He was born on November 25, 1926, in Weybridge, Vermont, the son of the late Hulderic & Laura Gingras.

He served in the Army during the Korean conflict and was retired from Highland Telephone and NYDOT. Leonard enjoyed his cats and relaxing on his glider.    

Leonard is survived by his two sons Joseph Gingras and his wife Bonnie, Robert Gingras and his girlfriend Lorena Saravia, his grandchildren Jennifer Murphy, Jamie Betti, Christie Gingras, Bryan Gingras, Carrie Sager, Bobby Gingras, along with nine great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 1, 2018 from 4-8pm at Overhiser Funeral Home, 78 Union St., Montgomery, NY 12549.

A funeral mass will be Friday, November 2, 2018, 10:00 A.M. at Holy Name of Mary Church, 89 Union St., Montgomery, NY.

Burial will be in St Mary's Cemetery in Montgomery, NY.
