Virginia C. McCombs of Woodbourne, NY, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017. She was 85. 

The daughter of the late George and May Mullen Carlew, she was born June 27, 1931 in Newburgh, NY.

Virginia loved gardening and animals. She raised rabbits, goats, ducks, sheep, and chickens. Animals always held a special place in her heart. She enjoyed polka dancing and Kate Smith's music. Virginia was a retired foreman for Guild Molders in Middletown, NY.

Grandchildren Katrina, Sam, Victoria, Heather, Justin, Jennifer,

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY 12586.

Graveside services will be Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Wallkill Valley Cemetery, 1011 State Rt. 52, Walden, NY.
